We use Jesmonite, a versatile, eco-friendly material, for our home decor pieces and candle vessels. For our candles, we use COCOsoy wax, a sustainable blend of coconut and soy wax, paired with natural wood wicks to provide a clean and calming burn experience.

Yes, sustainability is at the core of Studio Meinara. We use eco-friendly materials, plastic-free packaging, and repurpose waste whenever possible. All our products are designed with minimalism and sustainability in mind.

Our pieces are mainly designed for decor and are suitable for dry food presentation only.

Home Decor Pieces and Candle Vessels:

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or soaking.

Keep away from direct sunlight or high-humidity areas to preserve their finish.

Candles:

Trim the wood wick to 5mm before each use for an even burn.

Allow the wax to pool fully on the first burn to avoid tunneling.

Burn candles away from drafts, children, and pets for safety.

All of our products are handmade in small batches, making each piece truly unique. Variations in color, texture, or small air bubbles are part of the natural crafting process and add to the charm of your item.

Yes, slight bubbles or variations in color and texture are completely normal and add to the uniqueness of each item. Our products are handcrafted using a specially blended material that involves mixing and pouring into molds. During the curing process, air bubbles may naturally form and rise to the surface, resulting in minor surface or base imperfections.

These characteristics are not flaws but rather a reflection of the artisan process and the materials used. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, with subtle differences in finish, texture, and tone that highlight its handmade nature. This is what makes our creations truly special and distinct.

Our creations are crafted using water-based, non-toxic materials that are free from VOCs. Each item is carefully hand-finished and sealed with wax to ensure quality and safety.

However, we recommend using all pieces solely for decorative purposes not for food.

Even though the material is fire safe, we do not recommend placing them on direct fire or heat. To maintain their condition, avoid exposing them to direct heat sources such as ovens, microwaves, or dishwashers.

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

If your order hasn’t been shipped, please email us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order (certain exceptions may apply). To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Any free gifts included in your order must also be returned in the same condition.

Once we receive and verify that your return meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, and a confirmation email will be sent.
